Global Remote Health Information System (USBS)
A Health-Ministry-approved, ISO-certified global tele-medicine system connecting patients and clinicians through a multilingual, timezone-aware smart appointment engine.
With a three-person team we built a tele-medicine platform that brings patients and health professionals together over online video consultations, serving globally without interruption thanks to its multilingual foundation and a timezone-aware smart appointment module.
I took an active role in shaping both the end-user interfaces where examinations are carried out and the back-office systems from which clinics manage all their operations centrally.
Launched with Ministry of Health approval, the system integrates critical official services such as E-Nabız, the Prescription Information System, E-Report and ÇKYS — we developed these and ensured they run flawlessly.
I also took a direct part in the ISO 27001 and ISO 15504 certification processes that attest to international data-security and software-quality standards, helping the application serve on a fully compliant, trustworthy foundation. My main responsibilities were multilingual support, bug detection and repair, database-connection security and module development.
