DijitalRuhsat is a regulatory compliance platform that digitises the licence, legal permit and field operation processes of mining companies from end to end. Every rule in the system is grounded in a specific article of Turkey's Mining Law No. 3213 (Maden Kanunu) and the December 2022 Mining Regulation (Maden Yönetmeliği) — not in interpretation.
As licence expiry dates, permits and payments approach, the system scans automatically and alerts managers by e-mail and instant on-screen warnings 60/30/14/7/1 days in advance, removing legal risks and penalties. Annual licence fees, environmental compliance bonds and state royalties are all tracked centrally, down to the last penny.
Critical data entries made by field staff are routed through manager approval, recording who did it, when and from where for every addition, update and deletion — giving full retrospective audit transparency. Sites are monitored on a map, official correspondence is kept in a high-security cloud archive, and all operational data turns into enterprise-grade PDF and Excel reports within seconds.
