Web & SaaS Development

As your business grows, processes end up scattered across Excel files, WhatsApp groups and lists that live in one person's head; you lose track of who did what and when, and the same data looks different in three places. What you need at this point is not a brochure website but an application that runs according to your own business rules. That is exactly what I build: web applications that users log into with their own accounts, where the data is kept in a single place, and which can be sold on a monthly subscription when needed.

What I do

  • A web application tailored to your workflow: user accounts, a separation of who can view and who can edit what, and screens for recording and tracking. For example, dijitalruhsat.com is a live platform where mining companies keep track of their regulatory obligations.
  • Subscription infrastructure: plans, plan limits, renewals and membership tracking. dijitalruhsat.com runs on this structure.
  • Online payment (virtual POS) setup; this is how payments for courses are collected on youdesignfuture.com.
  • A multilingual structure: a setup in which the same content can be managed in different languages, as in the lifera.clinic example.
  • Screens that update in real time: incoming messages and notifications without reloading the page, as on echosfer.com.
  • An interface that also works properly on mobile, plus an admin panel that lets you manage the content yourself; ealtuner.com/ilaclar is a small-scale example of this.

How we proceed

  1. Discovery: We go through your current process together. We identify which steps are done by hand and which screens are genuinely needed, and decide what will be left out of the first release.
  2. Design and development: Screen drafts first, development after approval. Throughout the process I keep the working version accessible to you, so you can follow the progress yourself.
  3. Testing and launch: We run trials with your real data, I fix whatever does not work, and then it goes live with a short handover to the team that will be using it.
  4. Support: After launch we keep working together to resolve issues and meet new requirements.

Is this service right for you?

If you have a process with its own rules that does not fit into an off-the-shelf program, or if you are planning to sell a product on a subscription basis, this service is a fit for you. If, on the other hand, all you need is a few-page brochure site or a standard e-commerce shop, ready-made solutions are typically faster and cheaper; in that case I will tell you so plainly and will not draw you into an unnecessary project.
