Association and Charity Platform

For associations, foundations and humanitarian aid organisations, we bring the public website and day-to-day administration into one system. We publish areas of work, campaigns, projects, news, provincial offices, board information, governance documents such as the bylaws, donation causes and bank transfer details on a multilingual site that works like an app on mobile and makes adding a new language easy.

In the admin panel, we separate administrator and moderator roles and build menus around user permissions; staff sign in with a code sent by email or SMS instead of a password. SMS and email notifications go out automatically from a single queue, with delivery tracking for SMS, while ready-to-send instant messaging (WhatsApp) messages are prepared in the same queue for staff to open and send in one click. Changes to content and settings are recorded in an audit trail.

We store personal data encrypted and automatically delete or anonymise records once their retention period ends, in line with the requirements of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). When moving from an existing content management system (WordPress), we migrate the content and keep old URLs working with permanent redirects.
