Foundation and Scholarship Management Platform

When scholarship applications are handled through email, paper forms and spreadsheets, documents end up scattered and applicants cannot tell where their application stands. We build this platform for foundations and associations that want to manage scholarship programs and fundraising from one place, together with a bilingual institutional website, an admin panel and user accounts.

Students apply through a step-by-step wizard: they upload their documents, give explicit consent, save a draft to finish later and follow their application status from their account. The foundation's team reviews applications on a single screen, requests missing documents, schedules interviews and records reasoned decisions. Donation campaigns show their goal and the amount raised so far, and donors notify the organization of bank transfers online.

Scholarship recipients and donors sign in with a code sent by email instead of a password, while staff work within role-based permissions. We keep documents in private storage that cannot be reached from the web and take encrypted daily backups of the database. Personal data protection workflows, from explicit consent to data subject requests, are built in alongside volunteer, contact and newsletter forms, and pages load quickly and are designed with accessibility in mind.
