Call Center & Sales Automation

With a three-person software team we built a mobile-friendly automation that digitalizes call-center operations and check-up sales processes.

Beyond customer calls and sales transactions, staff working, break and performance states are monitored in real time; advanced reporting helps teams reach sales targets faster and more methodically.

To centralize customer communication, I contributed to a multi-WhatsApp integration where several agents work from the same line, deleted messages are logged, and it is tracked in real time which agent replied.
